I have always loved textiles. The feel of the fabric and the many different patterns and colors have inspired me since I was young. My mother taught me to crochet when I was 10 and have been experimenting with fibers ever since. In college I was introduced to the floor loom and instantly fell in love with the intense mathematical process involved in stringing up a loom. The possibilities to create are endless and I look forward to continuing my exploration in this centuries old tradition.
